How to view and manage customer orders

The Customer Orders dashboard — filter, search, refund, resend receipts.

Where it lives

What you see

A unified table of every customer interaction across your products and events, sorted newest first. Each row tells you who, what, how much, and the current status.

Date When the order / RSVP was created
Actions Resend receipt · Refund · Cancel (where applicable)

Filters

  • Source filter — All sources / Product / Event
  • Status filter — All / Active / Completed / Past due / Canceled / Refunded
  • Both compose with the search box

Search

Matches across customer name, email, product / event title, and ticket short code (MNG-XXXX-XXXX).

Per-row actions

Action Shown for
Resend receipt Paid product orders + paid event RSVPs that have a ticket — re-triggers the Stripe receipt email
Refund One-time product orders (status: completed) + paid event RSVPs (status: completed). Modal offers a 2-button choice when a ticket is linked — Refund + void ticket OR Refund only (keep ticket valid).
Cancel Active product subscriptions (no pending cancellation). Cancels at end of the current billing period.

Multi-quantity event purchases

Each recipient appears as its own row, all sharing the same buyer email. Refunding one row refunds just that ticket's worth to the buyer's card; the other rows stay valid.

Per-event roll-call vs the unified tab

For door-side roll-call, the per-event Attendees table on the event page is still the right tool — it gives you the CSV export and per-row remove flow. The unified Customer Orders tab is for cross-event visibility and host-wide actions.
