I didn't get my ticket email
Three things to try: spam folder, email typo check, contact the host.
My ticket says ALREADY REDEEMED but I never used it
Contact the host β the redemption history shows when and who, and they can reissue.
I need a refund
Contact the host directly β refund policy is up to them; we don't intervene unless something's wrong.
My event was cancelled, what now?
Auto-refund kicks in within 5-10 business days β and your ticket is voided automatically.
I want to transfer my ticket to a friend
Email forwarding works β but contact the host first if the event has name-on-ticket policy.
How to report an inaccurate listing
Use the Report button on a listing β we review and contact the host or update it ourselves.
How to request a listing be removed

How to manage your subscription
Cancel, update card, download invoices β all via the Stripe Customer Portal link in your email.

All paid purchases generate downloadable PDFs β from Stripe Customer Portal or any receipt email.

What happens when your subscription is cancelled
Access continues until end of period; no refund for time already paid; restart any time.
