How to reset your password

Forgot your password? Use the email-based reset flow — takes about a minute.

Steps

  1. Go to www.mynextgym.com.au/owner
  2. Click Forgot password? under the sign-in form
  3. Enter the email address on your owner account
  4. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code (also check spam)
  5. Enter the code, set a new password, and you're back in

Password rules

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase, one lowercase, one number, and one special character (!@#$%^&*)
  • Not a password you've used before on this account

Tip: Use a password manager. We'll never ask you for your password by email or phone — anyone who does is impersonating us.

Common issues

"I never got the code"

  • Check spam / junk
  • Wait 60 seconds, click Resend code
  • Confirm the email matches your owner account exactly (no typos)

"My account doesn't exist"

If the system says no account is found, you may have signed up with a different email. Try variants you commonly use, or contact support.
