How to sell multi-pass class packs

Single ticket, N redemptions — perfect for 5-class packs, 10-pack passes, etc.

Multi-pass tickets let one ticket be redeemed N times. Ideal for class packs.

Steps

  1. Owner Portal → Products → Create product
  2. Pick One-time purchase type
  3. Set price (e.g. $90 for a 5-pack)
  4. Toggle Issue tickets to on
  5. Set Max redemptions to 5 (or however many sessions the pack covers)
  6. Set Expiry days (e.g. 90 days from purchase — see below)
  7. Publish

Expiry behaviour

Expiry is calculated from the purchase date — use the Expiry days field on the product to control how long the pack stays valid (e.g. 90 days from purchase).

How redemption looks at the door

  • Ticket Hub shows status as Issued with Used X/N — e.g. Used 2/5
  • Each scan increments the counter and adds a row to the redemption history
  • When count reaches N, status flips to Redeemed

Concurrency: If two staff scan the same ticket within 10 seconds, only one redemption counts. Stops accidental double-counting at busy doors.
