What we track

Metric What it means
Leads Completed contact-form submissions
Profile views Unique visitors to your profile page
Website clicks Tap-throughs to your external site
Phone clicks Tap-to-call
Email clicks Tap-to-email
Booking clicks Tap on Book / Enquire CTAs
Directions clicks Tap on the address / map link

What good looks like (rough benchmarks)

  • Free tier: 50-200 profile views/month is typical for a suburban gym
  • Paid tier: 200-500/month
  • Featured tier: 500-2000+/month, especially in busy suburbs
  • Click-through rate (any CTA): 3-8% is healthy. Below 1% suggests the profile needs work (better photos, clearer description, current offer)

What to do with the data

  • Low views, high CTR → upgrade to Featured for more views
  • High views, low CTR → improve the profile (photos, hero shot, member offer)
  • Many phone/website clicks but no leads → check if Enquire CTA is enabled and prominent
