How to update your payment method (host plan)
Swap the card on file for your MNG host subscription — done from the Stripe Customer Portal.

Steps
- Owner Portal → Billing
- Click Manage billing — opens the Stripe Customer Portal
- Click Update payment method (or Add new card)
- Enter new card details
- Save
The new card is used for the next billing cycle. The current period stays charged on the old card.
Adding a backup card
In the Customer Portal you can add multiple cards:
- Primary card is charged by default
- Backup cards are tried automatically if the primary fails
Useful if you're between cards (waiting for replacement) or want a safety net.
When the new card takes effect
- Updated immediately for new charges
- Currently-pending charges stay on the original card
- Failed retries also use the new card
Common issues
"My card is declined"
- Check expiry date
- Confirm there's enough balance / credit limit
- Some debit cards need explicit "online purchases" enabled by your bank
