How to scan QR tickets with your phone

Use your phone camera as a scanner — sign in once, then redeem in two taps.

Every ticket email includes a QR code. Scan it with your phone camera at the door.

First-time setup (do once)

  1. Sign in to the Owner Portal on your phone
  2. Stay signed in (don't sign out — saves time at the door)

At the door

  1. Buyer shows their ticket on their phone
  2. Open your phone camera, point at the QR
  3. Tap the link that pops up
  4. Page opens showing ticket details
  5. Tap Redeem ticket — green confirmation appears

What if the link asks me to sign in?

Your session expired. Sign in once, then re-tap the QR. Subsequent scans work without re-auth for several hours.

What if the QR is dim / cracked screen?

Use the short code instead — every ticket has a 12-character code (MNG-XXXX-XXXX). Type it into Ticket Hub → Validate ticket.

What if multiple staff scan?

Fine — each staff member just needs Owner Portal access (or the gym sub-user account). Redemptions are atomic; only the first scan succeeds, second one shows "Already redeemed".
