How to verify your qualifications

Verified PTs show a green Verified badge next to their name in search and on their profile. It's the single biggest trust signal for new clients.

What we accept (examples)

Document	Why we ask
Cert III in Fitness	Australian baseline qualification
Cert IV in Fitness	Required for personal training (1-on-1)
Public liability insurance	Confirms you're insured to work with clients
FitnessAustralia or REPS membership	Industry-body verification
First Aid + CPR	Safety baseline

Steps

1. Owner Portal → Billing → Edit Listing → Qualifications
2. Add Qualification name using free text and Add button
3. Click Save Changes

• Important Step: Once saved, a button named Verify new qualifications will be visible. Click the button to continue the verification flow.

4. Tick the qualifications that you want to verify
5. Add Name and Email for any follow up from support
6. Add any relevant notes for our support team
7. Click Upload document for each cert
8. Submit for review

We verify within 24-48 hours; the badge appears only once approved

What we DON'T do with your docs

• Share them with anyone outside our review team
• Display them publicly — only the badge is shown
• Use them for marketing or sell them

Docs are stored encrypted and deleted on account closure.
