Your host plan (Free / Paid / Featured) is separate from buyer transactions. Here's how billing works.

When you're charged
- Monthly: same date each month from your sign-up date (e.g. signed up Mar 12 β billed 12th of each month)
- Annual: once per year, same date
Where to find invoices
Owner Portal β Plan β Manage billing opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Download all past invoices as PDF for accounting.
Failed payments
If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds), Stripe retries 3 times over 5 days. You'll get email warnings. After the 3rd failure, your plan downgrades to Free β your listing stays live but Paid features (events, products, member offers) become read-only.
Refunds
- Monthly: cancel any time β no further charges (we don't pro-rate the current month)
- Annual: cancel any time β access continues to end of year, no refund of unused months
