Frequently Asked Questions

Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens when I cancel?
Your listing remains active on the Free plan. You keep your profile, images and reviews — you just lose access to paid features like the contact form and enhanced visibility.
What does "max 3 per postcode" mean?
Featured gym listings are limited to 3 per postcode to ensure each Featured gym gets meaningful visibility. If all Featured spots in your postcode are taken, you'll be placed on a waitlist.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront and include 2 months free — you can cancel renewal at any time.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't offer free trials, but you can start with a Free listing to see how the platform works before upgrading.
How do event payments work?
Attendees pay by card at checkout via Stripe. Funds (minus the 5% platform fee and Stripe processing fees) are paid out directly to your connected Stripe account.
Can I run free events?
Yes. Free events have no platform fee — attendees simply RSVP and you manage capacity through your dashboard.
What types of events can I create?
You can create any fitness-related event — bootcamps, workshops, group classes, challenges, open days and more. Events support custom pricing, capacity limits and location details.
