Frequency expectations

  • Active host with sales: 5-20 emails/week
  • Featured tier in busy suburb: 30-50 emails/week including leads
  • Free tier idle: 2-5 emails/month

Reducing noise

No granular notification preferences are available right now. For now:

  • Inbox filter rules in your email client work well ("From: noreply@mynextgym.com.au → label: MNG")
  • Set MNG emails to skip the main inbox so they accumulate without disrupting

Don't unsubscribe from these. Transactional emails (sales, refunds, billing) aren't optional — they're the legal record of your activity.
