How to download your invoices and receipts

All paid purchases generate downloadable PDFs — from Stripe Customer Portal or any receipt email.

Stripe generates a downloadable receipt + tax invoice for every paid transaction on MyNextGym.

For one-off purchases

  1. Find the receipt email Stripe sent at the time of purchase (subject usually starts "Receipt from...")
  2. Click View receipt in the email
  3. The hosted receipt page has two buttons: Download receipt and Download invoice
  4. Both are PDFs — save / forward as needed

For subscriptions

  1. Find your subscription's purchase confirmation email
  2. Click Manage Subscription → opens Stripe Customer Portal
  3. Invoice history section shows every charge
  4. Click Download on any invoice for the PDF

What's on the invoice

  • Sale date + amount
  • Seller name (the gym or PT's business name)
  • ABN (if seller is GST-registered)
  • GST line (if applicable)
  • Your billing details

Useful for: tax returns, reimbursement, accounting records.
