How to unsubscribe from marketing emails

Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every marketing email — transactional emails keep coming.

Steps

  1. Open any marketing email from MyNextGym or a host
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Click Unsubscribe
  4. Confirm on the page that opens

Done — you'll stop receiving marketing from that sender within 24 hours.

What stops

  • Newsletter / promotional emails from the specific host
  • New event announcements you'd opted into
  • Win-back / re-engagement emails

What KEEPS coming

Transactional emails — these aren't marketing, they're records of your activity:

  • Booking confirmations + ticket emails
  • Receipts (Stripe)
  • Refund notifications
  • Cancellation notifications
  • Account / password reset emails

These can't be unsubscribed from — they're legally required and operationally necessary.

Unsubscribing from one host vs all

  • Most marketing emails unsubscribe you from just that host
  • MyNextGym-wide announcements have a separate unsubscribe link for the global newsletter

Re-subscribing

No magic link — you'll need to re-tick the marketing opt-in box next time you book or RSVP for an event.

Privacy

Unsubscribe is honoured immediately on our backend; the 24-hour window is for already-queued emails to clear. After that, you're off the list.
