How to cancel a subscription

Cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal — you keep access until end of period.

Steps

  1. Find your product subscription confirmation email — the one sent when the subscription started
  2. Click Manage Subscription — opens the Stripe Customer Portal
  3. Click Cancel subscription
  4. Confirm

When the cancellation takes effect

  • End of current billing period (not immediately)
  • You keep access to whatever the subscription covers until then
  • No further charges

What you DON'T get

  • Refund of the period you've already paid for (you keep access for those days; that's the trade)
  • Refund of past periods

Reactivating

If you change your mind before the period ends, click Renew subscription in the same Customer Portal — cancellation reverses, no further action.

After cancellation

Once the period ends, the subscription is fully cancelled. To restart, sign up again from the host's product page — same flow as the original purchase.

Lost the email link? Any Stripe receipt for this subscription contains the same Customer Portal link in the footer. Find any past receipt and you're in.
