Why some listings show "Unverified"
Unverified means no business owner has claimed the listing — info may be out of date.

Every listing on MyNextGym is one of two states:
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Claimed | The business owner has signed up, verified their identity, and actively manages the page |
| Unclaimed | We sourced the info from public data (Google Maps, government registers, social media); no owner is logging in |
Telling them apart
A claimed listing usually shows:
- A polished hero image (not a Google Street View grab)
- A description in the owner's voice
- Up-to-date opening hours, current pricing, active member offers
- Direct contact via the Enquire button
An unclaimed listing typically has:
- A plain street-view photo or a generic image
- A short, factual description
- No active offers
- Sometimes outdated hours or prices
What's reliable on unclaimed listings
- Address + suburb — almost always correct
- Business name — usually correct
- Contact number — usually correct (but call to confirm)
What's less reliable
- Opening hours — may be stale
- Photos — generic / sourced
- Pricing + amenities — best-effort but not owner-confirmed
