Our studio features 11 state-of-the-art reformers designed to support your fitness journey in a safe and nurturing environment. We offer a diverse range of classes including Flow for all-level reformer workouts, Sweat for elevated training, Foundation for those discovering Pilates, and restorative Stretch sessions.

Our specialised Mums and Minis class caters to prenatal and postnatal wellness. Each class is thoughtfully designed to help you feel secure whilst building strength and meaningful connections within our community. Located at Woodvale Shopping Village, we've created more than just a gym—we've built a haven where you can thrive physically and nurture your wellbeing.
