The studio offers a diverse weekly class schedule featuring hatha yoga, vinyasa, yin yoga, mat pilates, and special events including monthly sound baths.

With modifications and progressions available in every class, you'll find the perfect fit for your fitness journey. New members can take advantage of the introductory offer of three weeks unlimited classes for just $50, giving you time to discover your favourite teachers and class styles. The studio also offers a Yoga Alliance certified 200 Hour Teacher Training Program for those looking to deepen their practice.

Class bookings are preferred but walk-ins are always welcome.
