Our spacious, purpose-built gym features padded floors, safety mats, punching bags, and professional equipment designed for safe, confident training.

Owner Waylon brings over a decade of fighting experience and a genuine passion for building strength and confidence in our community. We specialise in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu grappling, striking disciplines including boxing and Muay Thai, and dedicated kids programs that teach discipline, respect, and valuable life skills. Every class emphasises proper technique, safety awareness, and our team-driven philosophy where everyone supports everyone.

Whether you're a total beginner or an advanced fighter, we create a welcoming, ego-free environment where families can train together. Our recently installed MMA cage takes training to the next level for those ready to advance their skills.
