Ocean Pilates is a traditional Pilates studio located in beautiful Wannanup, south of Mandurah, offering personalised classical and contemporary Pilates instruction. With over 20 years of industry experience, owner Sammy provides tailored programs designed for rehabilitation, pre or post-surgery recovery, postural alignment, and strength building. The studio features premium Pilates equipment including Reformers, Cadillac, Tower, Fuse Ladder, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel and Wunda Chairs.

Classes are kept intimate with a maximum of four clients per one-hour session, ensuring you receive continual guidance and support throughout your workout. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or looking to improve flexibility and strength, Ocean Pilates offers a supportive environment suitable for all ages and abilities. With no lock-in contracts or direct debits, you can attend when it suits your schedule.
