Lake Illawarra Athletics Centre is a family-friendly athletics club based at Myimbarr Community Park in Flinders, just 20 minutes south of Wollongong. As one of the oldest and most established athletics centres on the NSW South Coast, we've been serving the community since 1971. We welcome athletes of all ages and abilities, from Little Athletes aged 3-17 years through to Senior Athletes aged 18 and above, competing together every Friday night during our season from September to March.

Our club provides a supportive environment where athletes can develop their track and field skills, achieve personal bests, and build lasting friendships within the local Shellharbour area. Whether you're a beginner exploring athletics for the first time or an experienced competitor, Lake Illawarra Athletics Centre offers the perfect opportunity to participate in this timeless sport.
