INRG Martial Arts Academy in Seven Hills is a welcoming, family-oriented combat sports facility dedicated to helping you reach your full potential. Operating since 2005, this 160 square metre fully matted gym specialises in Muay Thai, Thai Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts. The facility features six-foot heavy bags, teardrop bags, speed balls, and a professional 6x6 metre boxing ring, ensuring you have everything needed for serious training.

Upstairs, you'll find cardio equipment including exercise bikes, elliptical machines, and weights. The gym maintains separate male and female toilet facilities and an onsite INRG Store stocked with all your training gear. Owned and operated by Erick and Anne Bayot, both certified instructors with over 30 years combined martial arts experience, the academy is affiliated with the Thai Boxing Association and myBJJ International.
