Ingle Farm Little Athletics Centre welcomes children of all abilities to participate in competitive and recreational athletics during the summer season from September to March. Located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, the centre holds most Sunday meets at Bridstone Athletics Centre in Salisbury South, with training sessions Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Golding Oval in Para Vista. Whether you're new to athletics or looking to improve your performance, the club provides a supportive environment with experienced volunteer parents and accredited coaches on hand. There are no mandatory standards to compete outside the State Individual Championships, making it the perfect place for young athletes to discover their potential, build fitness, and have fun. The club serves families across the north-eastern suburbs including Modbury, Para Hills, Gulfview Heights, and surrounding areas. Emphasising community involvement, Ingle Farm LAC is a volunteer-driven organisation dedicated to fostering a love of athletics in the next generation.
