Recalibrate Pilates

Recalibrate Pilates is a welcoming boutique studio located in Ourimbah, offering contemporary and traditional pilates classes for all fitness levels. Conveniently situated at Ourimbah shopping village, just a short walk from the train station and within 10-15 minutes of Tuggerah, Gosford, Wyong and Erina, this studio makes quality pilates accessible to the Central Coast community. With highly qualified instructors, small group settings with a maximum of 10 people, and a strong focus on inclusivity and body positivity, the studio delivers personalised attention in every session.

Classes range from mat and reformer pilates to dynamic reformer with jumpboard, clinical pilates for rehabilitation, and stretch and strengthen sessions. Prenatal and postnatal offerings are also available, along with private appointments for those seeking one-on-one coaching. The supportive community atmosphere encourages members to build mobility, reduce pain, and reclaim their movement potential whilst having fun along the way.
