CrossFit Lactic

Located in Modbury North, CrossFit Lactic is a community-focused fitness facility dedicated to helping people of all abilities reach their fitness goals through functional movement and strength conditioning. The gym offers two flexible programs: structured CrossFit classes led by fully qualified coaches, and open gym access for independent training. With an experienced team including specialists in gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, and physiotherapy-informed coaching, members receive expert guidance on proper technique and form.

The supportive community atmosphere encourages clients to push beyond their limits whilst maintaining safety and proper progression.
