Yoga Nilaya is a welcoming Ashtanga yoga studio located in Leichhardt, dedicated to providing a caring and grounding space for all practitioners. Teacher Mani brings 30 years of personal practice and 15 years of teaching experience, crafting sessions tailored to each person's unique needs and current journey.
