Northern Suburbs Little Athletics Centre

Northern Suburbs Little Athletics Centre is a community-focused athletics program serving children aged 4 to 19 years of all abilities on Sydney's Lower North Shore. Operating from September through March each year at Rotary Athletics Field, NSLAC provides a welcoming environment where young athletes can develop speed, strength and agility whilst enjoying the social benefits of team sport. The centre emphasises personal achievement through tracking individual personal bests rather than competitive comparisons, helping children build confidence and lasting friendships.

With qualified private coaches available for off-season training and a focus on creating well-rounded young sports stars, NSLAC offers structured weekly athletics carnivals and opportunities to compete in championships.
