PhysiPole Studios Grovedale is Geelong and the Surf Coast's premier pole and aerial fitness destination. This state-of-the-art facility features a spacious pole room with 10 competition-grade X-Poles, a dedicated aerials room with adjustable rigging up to 6 metres, and a competition room, all housed in a supportive, inclusive community environment. Whether you're looking to build strength and confidence on static or spin poles, defy gravity with aerial hoop and silks, or explore dynamic movement through hammock and heels classes, there's something for everyone.

The studio caters to all ages, genders, and fitness levels, offering eight-week courses, casual weekly classes, private tuition, and practice sessions. Beyond traditional pole and aerials, they provide strength and conditioning, stretch classes, kids programmes, mums and bubs sessions, and dance classes of varying intensities. With experienced, internationally accredited instructors passionate about sharing their knowledge, PhysiPole Studios creates a welcoming space where you can challenge yourself physically and mentally whilst joining a vibrant, supportive community known as the PhysiFam.
