Specialising in transformative pilates instruction, we offer small, personalised group classes and private sessions tailored to individual needs and fitness levels. Our studio features state-of-the-art equipment including Reformers, Spine Correctors, Cadillac machines, High Barrels, and Wunda Chairs, all designed to help you eliminate pain, improve joint mobility, and enhance posture.

In addition to traditional Pilates and DNS matwork classes, we pioneered the Spinal Flow Technique on the coast, a unique healing modality that relieves nervous system stress and promotes wellness. Our highly qualified instructors bring over 40 years of combined experience and genuinely care about your journey.
