My First Gym Enoggera

MyFirstGym Enoggera is dedicated to inspiring movement and making fitness fun for children aged 0-15 years. With over 60 engaging classes on the timetable, including martial arts, dance, gymnastics, and ninja warrior training, there's something for every young member. Our professional coaches create a welcoming environment where kids develop confidence and skills whilst enjoying themselves.

The MFGFit functional training program for ages 8+ provides an excellent introduction to strength and conditioning. Whether your child is just starting their fitness journey or looking to try something new, MyFirstGym Enoggera offers the variety and expertise to keep them engaged and active. The club also hosts weekend birthday parties with flexible packages, making it an ideal venue for special celebrations.
