The Juniors program builds fundamental skills for young fighters aged 8-12, while our Fundamentals classes teach comprehensive boxing technique, footwork, cardio and sparring for ages 13 and up.

For serious competitors, our invite-only Advanced program focuses on developing complete fighters through technical drills and full contact sparring.
