Vitality Vibe Pilates

Vitality Vibe Pilates Studio is a boutique reformer Pilates studio located in Cairns City, dedicated to making quality Pilates accessible to everyone. With seven Reformers in an intimate, welcoming studio space, we offer a personalised approach to movement and strength training. Our team of certified instructors includes Head Instructor Jasmine, who specialises in pre and postnatal Pilates, injury recovery, and pain management.

We provide both in-person instructor-led classes and virtual guided sessions through our 24-hour self-access kiosk system, giving you complete flexibility to train whenever suits you best. Whether you're looking for reformer Pilates, mat-based work, or physio-style programs, our supportive community welcomes all fitness levels. We also host special celebration packages including Pilates and Prosecco parties for birthdays, hens nights, and team events.
