B Athletic Gym offers a complete training experience with five class-based programs—Box, Build, Work, Range and Run—designed for every fitness level from beginners to elite athletes. Our expert coaches deliver small group sessions that provide personalised attention and results tracking through our dedicated app.

Beyond training, our dual zone recovery centre features infrared and traditional steam saunas, ice baths, compression therapy, and percussion massage to optimise your recovery. Enjoy air-conditioned facilities with free undercover parking, quality showers with beauty bar amenities, and a supportive community atmosphere. We welcome families with complimentary supervised childcare available Monday to Friday 9:30am-11am and Monday to Thursday 4-5pm, plus unsupervised access during other classes.
