Iyengar Yoga

Located in Bondi Junction, this dedicated Iyengar yoga studio offers classes for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to experienced intensive students. Positioned at the western end of Bondi Junction near Eastgate and Waverley Library, the studio is conveniently situated just one block from the train and bus interchange with easy parking available. Classes run seven days a week including early morning, mid-morning, afternoon and evening sessions, ensuring flexibility for every schedule.

All teachers are highly trained in the authentic Iyengar tradition, guided by the teachings of Yogacharya BKS Iyengar. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice, this studio provides a welcoming environment with expert instruction in proper alignment and technique.
